I have specialties in corrective exercise and stretching/flexibility, so if you’re recovering from an injury, I’ve got you covered. 

Mobile training is available throughout the South Bay, from Manhattan Beach through Palos Verdes. In studio training is available in Torrance, and virtual training can be done anywhere  with good Wi-Fi and a small amount of floor space.

  • 10-session packs can be used anytime within three months of the date of purchase. I recommend scheduling a minimum of one session a week, with two or three sessions recommended for faster progress.
