Meet Brittany
A Holistic Wellness Coach

Hi! My name is Brittany, and I'm an adult athlete and wellness coach with a holistic approach to personal training and nutrition.
I tripped and fell into the health and wellness industry in the mid-2010s. It may seem like most personal trainers have always been in shape, but that wasn’t the case for me AT ALL.
My fitness goals as a teen were driven by pressure to meet aesthetic ideals, taking me on a rollercoaster of unhealthy crash diets and workout regimens.
When my daughter was born, that began to change. For the first time, I saw the value of what my body was capable of, not just how it looked. I also realized, “If I want my daughter to truly take care of herself and treat her body and mind with respect, I have to learn how to do that myself.”

So I did. I had always wanted to learn to figure skate, so I took my first group class at 23. I felt awkward and uncoordinated, but I fell in love with it. It was quickly apparent that to become a good figure skater, looking the part wasn’t enough. I spent a few years trying to replicate the training of a competitive skater, developing athleticism I didn’t know I was capable of. Movement became therapeutic to me. I loved it so much that I took up aerial arts and calisthenics too.
I started out feeling about as athletic as a potato. I couldn’t touch my toes. Now, splits are easy. I’m working on double jumps, one-armed handstands, backflips, and trying to unlock a muscle-up.
We’re conditioned to see our limitations and flaws, not our potential.

My approach to coaching is different than what you'll see in a typical gym setting.
I am certified as a personal trainer, nutritionist, stretching and flexibility specialist, corrective exercise specialist, and yoga teacher. I combine my experience in all of these areas to offer individualized, holistic support to meet you right where you are, and help you get where you want to be.
