If I’ve succeeded, that means
you can too.

I believe our mental health, physical health, and ability to thrive in life are deeply intertwined.
With so much automation, an increase in remote work, and the affordability and convenience of highly processed food, and less in-person social support, it’s harder than ever to take care of ourselves.
When we don’t, however, we pay for it later- not just individually, but as a community. My ultimate goal is to make wellness services more accessible to help support a healthier, happier future for all of us.
Sustainable well-being is my end game.

My goal as a coach is to help people develop the foundation they need to do what they want to do in life and feel good doing it. I focus on functional training based on each person’s goals, whether that's elevating athletic performance or just being able to enjoy playing with your kids.

I lead by example.
It’s hard, and I get it. I’m a single parent to a stubborn, crazy, amazing daughter, so I know firsthand how challenging it is to prioritize self-care when you’re a caretaker of others too. I’ve learned from experience how to balance both sides. It’s tough, but my 10-year-old is watching. It’s inspiring to see her starting to make conscious, healthy choices all on her own. Making positive change isn’t just for you. It’s contagious, and it benefits everyone in your life...But it’s not easy.
I will never ask you to do something I'm not doing myself, so the most important example I can give isn't perfect consistency: It's consistently showing up, trying, and looking for opportunities to grow every damn day.

I’m one of the most open, honest coaches you’ll ever meet.
Everyone in fitness experiences ups and downs, but the influencers you see on Instagram rarely share the downs. It’s scary to share your struggles, but we ALL have them, myself included.
I’m disciplined and dedicated, but that did not happen overnight.
Off-days (or months) still happen. I’m open about my own journey to show what long-term consistency and progress looks like in real life, not on Instagram.

I find this to be a crucial element of my coaching practice for one major reason:
Progress can’t occur until you’re honest about what’s really standing in your way.

It’s scary to be that honest with yourself, and opening up to a coach can be intimidating too, but it doesn’t have to be. I share my own experiences so it’s clear that I am just as human as you are.
