Choose the best training option for your schedule and budget. I offer flexible in-person, virtual, and self-paced training plans.

Get started! If you choose a self-paced training option, you'll receive a detailed training plan within a week of your consultation. If you're training with me one-on-one, we'll set up a training schedule and get started ASAP.

I focus on calisthenics-style training so my clients can fit training into their busy lives, anywhere, anytime. I have specialties in corrective exercise and stretching/flexibility– If you’re recovering from an injury or want to show off and drop into the splits, I’ve got you covered!
